SPD
This indicates the probability of evading and acting order during battle. The more SPD an Employee has, the faster she can act and the easier it is to avoid enemy attacks.

COMMU
This indicates the efficiency of the Skill effect (Recover etc.). The more COMMU an Employee has, the more she benefits from her Skills. Also, the higher the COMMU of an Employee set in Work, the greater your efficiency.
Mot.
This indicates the Active Count of an Employee. It decreases when an Employee is defeated in a battle. When the count is 0, she will not be able to go to battle, plus she will not be able to show her full power on Work and Crafting. It is recovered by setting her in a Beauty Salon or using the specific item.
Ability
Each of the Employees has a specific feature called "Ability" according to their personality. The Ability has a range of effects according to employee characteristics, including passive effects in battle, reduced required time to cook Sushi at Work, and increased success rates in Equipment Crafting.
Skill
Each of the Employees has Skills suited to her characteristics. The Skill will be activated when the condition is met in the battle. And it makes the battle easier.
Growth Rate
There are Growth Rates set per the status of an Employee. Status-up Bonus is randomly added at the time of Level Up to the status that has high Growth Rates. There are two cases of Growth Rates: one is fixed depending on how you get the Employee, and the other is randomly set when you get it. Also, items exist that allow you to reset the Employee's level and train them again, so you can start over if they don't grow to your wish. Try to get high Growth Rate Employees with stats you want to grow and make them NFT!
