The Budding Talent is the feature that changes Employee's appearance and Growth Rates. It is executed by using a Non-NFT Employyee as the materials for Over Charge to the same character's NFT So, the it is applied only for NFT.

Budding Talents allows you to take over the highest Growth Rate of one of the Non-NFT stats for the NFT Growth Rate. In addition, in case of the appearence of the Employee differs between Non-NFT and NFT, you can choose oen you like. With Budding Talents, the Employee's level returns to 1, allowing you to update their Growth Rate and re-train them with powerful Growth Rate.

In the case of the same character Non-NFT obtained after purchasing a character's NFT, it is possible to develo her into a more powerful Employee and to change appearance by doing Budding Talents. Please make use of this feature for creating your unique NFT!
