1.How to Get NFT Employees and Their Characteristics

The NFT characters can be bought in the Marketplace. The Marketplace allows you to select and purchase employees to meet your objectives and preferences. The NFT Employees bought on the Marketplace have stable Growth Rates and additional Skills ready for immediate service.

2.How to Get Non-NFT Employees and Their Characteristics

The Non-NFT characters can be obtained via Gacha. They have a randomized Growth Rate, and occasionally you can get a character with high capabilities, which allows you to enjoy a high custamization and uniqueness.
